Resepi : Baked black pepper Beef and Vege

 Bahan-bahan :

Daging 
Lada hitam 
Garam 
Olive oil

Asparagus
Brocolli
Cherry tomatoes
Garlic Powder

Prep daging dgn lada hitam garam, lepas tu masukkan sedikit minyak zaitun dan biarkan selama 30 minit. 
Pre-heat your oven at 150c for 10 minutes. After done, baked the beef for 25 minutes. 

Panaskan non-stick hot pan , panaskan minyak, masakkan asparagus dulu sbb dia liat, lambat nak masak.

Lepas tu, masukkan brocolli, dah nak masak baru masukkan tomato, sbb risau lembik. Masukkan garlic powder, garam then angkat.
